Joining Baywood Animal Hospital is an exciting new chapter for Carly. Prior to entering veterinary medicine, she spent 11 years working in the dental industry, managing and leading multi-unit dental practices. 

She has a passion  for building strong teams, creating a welcoming experience for clients and patients, and ensuring a positive culture. 

Outside of work, Carly has 2 cats, Monty(10) & Holly (5). She enjoys camping, hiking, taking fitness classes, being in Muskoka on the lake, and spending time with her friends and family.
