On March 23rd, the government deemed veterinary medicine an essential service. We would like to inform you that our practices will remain OPEN and provide essential care while following best practices for infection control.
If you are unsure if your pet requires an appointment or if you have any concerns, our doctors are available for phone consultations. For scheduled appointments at the clinic, we ask that you call upon arrival so we can provide you with further instructions. If you have recently traveled outside of Canada, display any signs of cough, fever or respiratory disease or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home and have non-household resident bring your pet in.
We are offering curbside pick up for food and medication, however, we encourage you to use our online store for your all of your pet’s (non medication) supply needs.
We are taking these precautions in order to limit the potential spread of COVID-19 as well as avoid any negative impact on our ability to care for our patients. The health and safety of our staff, clients and community is and will always be our top priority. We will continue to communicate with you by email and social media with any further updates.
Thank you and we hope you and your family stay safe and well!
